Sara Evans

Sarah Sarah Sara SaraSara Evans had only one ambition in her life: to perform and compose country music. Evans said to John Meroney, of American Enterprise: "God placed me in this place for me to perform." This is my dream and the thing I'm going to do. Evans was also determined to become successful in reviving the traditional style of country music that was popularized by legendary artists like Patsy Cline and Hank Snow. Her influences were also from George Jones, Tammy Wynette as well as Patty Loveless. Evans had her first breakthrough during the 90s, when a lot of hopeful country singers shifted towards pop songs. The debut album she released in 1997, True Lies, was an excellent example. True Lies was not a huge success, even though it was highly praised by critics and getting an Academy of Country Music nomination for best female singer. Evans released her next album was in the year 1999. No Place That Far resulted from her bowing before producers, who persuaded that she should expand her range. The singer finally got the recognition she's always wanted since her childhood. Sara Evans was a born in Columbia Missouri on the 5th of February 7th, 1971. Sara Evans grew up with her six siblings.
